Media whiz Muncie Daniels must fight for his innocence and his life after stumbling upon a murder deep in the Poconos. Colman Domingo’s first leading TV role. Some critics were not impressed as it is a multicultural cast and the main character is not white so they need to develop some courage. Anyway, great first episode, it slows down a bit from 2 to 3 I would say but as you progress and reach the end of the series it will keep you hooked and on the edge of your seat towards episodes 4 to 8. Colman Domingo takes a man on the arc seriously, impressive in some scenes. The writing is great, I think it captures today’s world very well and highlights important issues that still exist in today’s society. Special mention to Martha Blake who was fantastic and Deon Cole who was hilarious at times.
